Fragile boundary wall
While building this garden the landscapers hit an unusual and unexpected problem.
On taking down the clients existing panel fence ready to put something both more attractive and longer lasting in its place.
As they took the old fence away it became very apparent that the neighbours wall was leaning against the fence posts!
They quickly shored up the wall to prevent injury and damage while all parties established the best course of action. You will see from this short video just how dangerous the wall had become – not surprising since it had no foundations, the buttresses that you can see are there purely for show as they are not tied in to the wall. Thankfully no one was hurt or injured but it could have ended in tragedy.

With the wall gone the landscapers can start work again on the garden.
